This is the entrance to the Hokkaido-Nichi-Meikai Kaikan. On the third floor of the hall, there are seats in the Kanso-an 8-tatami mat room and the 3-tatami mat dai-me small room named Jikishin-an. Chair seating is also available. This building has recently renovated.
