Daily Okeiko Scene

Writer: TokotokoTokotoko

This is a scene from our daily practice. There are many effects of the Corona Virus. We are sad that our activities have been cancelled. Today we are setting up for the anniversary of Rikyu's death, and since it is March, we are using a Tsurigama and today a Yachiyo tatana. March can be warm or cold, so they use a Tsurigama to adjust.

We've been stuck in the house for three weeks now. There's nothing to do. So we've been hiding from the tea ceremony. (Don't tell anyone, okay? )

Today we have our first Guest. Kanon-chan, a foreign student from Japan. This is her first experience with tea. As expected of a young girl! She's a quick learner. I look forward to seeing her in the future. But she had to leave from United States because of Corona Virus unfortunately.
