I wonder if this is also a benefit of tea?

The other day, the woman we call " Great Teacher " celebrate her 99 Birthday (born Taisho 15) at Berkeley Jodo Shinshu Center.
We celebrated the 99th birthday of Mrs. F, who was born on New Year's Day, January 2025. She is truly an admirable person. How has she managed to always be so proactive, far superior to most of us in terms of physique, memory, stamina, and energy? I have been watching her closely for over 30 years, and I can't help but wonder, "Perhaps this is due to the benefits of macha tea."
She always keeps her surroundings beautifully organized, and her mind is as neatly organized as a dresser drawer, so whenever I ask her a question, she pulls out the answer from her memory box with precision. She is also physically strong, and demonstrates her strength every day.
Every time we see her doing this, we, her juniors, are encouraged and inspired by her, thinking, "She still has a long way to go." The fact that she still lives alone and takes care of everything for herself is truly something that can only be described as "wonderful."
Above all, she is always positive and takes on everything in a positive light, making her the very definition of a "teacher of life." Today, I would like to share with you all how she is doing.
