It seems that this somewhat new custom came into being about a few decades ago, but here in America, we try to incorporate all the good things from scratch and try to enjoy a positive life together. Until now, I have put into practice a positive life that incorporates everything, and I am enjoying it with my students.

I cook rice early in the morning, make simple futomaki rolls, face the auspicious direction of this year with the students, and just silently bite into them. I wish you all a healthy and peaceful life this year.

Futomaki tastes good, and we make it so that they can enjoy it all at once.
