These days, due to my busy schedule, I have been away from Chaji tea ceremonies. After some reflection, we decided to make this a reality during Furo season, so we split into two groups. At our shachu, we all worked together in groups of five to avoid putting a strain on one person. They were divided into kaiseki host, first charcoal host, koicha host (Kakufuku-date), Gozumi host, and finally usucha host. I was in charge of the Mizuya for the all utensile and all Kaiseki meals, but I entrusted everything to the students. They studied a lot before that, so it's time to present the results. Please take a look. It starts at 11am. Go for it !!
First charcoal - Neutral - Koicha (each color) - Later charcoal - Light brown - Thank you for sending off
